The f2r2.fr website, published by F2R2 (Frogans Friends Relay Registry) is dedicated to highlighting the role of the FCR Operator, the company F2R2, as well as presenting technological and financial news concerning it to all interested parties.

F2R2 is a private commercial company whose registered office is in Paris, France.

F2R2 is the FCR Operator, the entity responsible for the technical and commercial operation of the Frogans Core Registry (FCR), by delegation from the Organization for the Promotion, Protection and Progress of Frogans Technology (OP3FT).

In this web page, the terms "you" and "your" refer to a user of the f2r2.fr website, and the expression "this website" refers to the f2r2.fr website.

OVH undertakes not to transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union (see OVHcloud Personal Data Use Policy).

Use of the Rsync provider for the Cloud Storage service:

F2R2, as a customer of the service provider Rsync, uses the Cloud Storage service located in Switzerland. Rsync is subject to data protection laws regarding personal data in connection with its Cloud Storage service offering (see rsync.net - Privacy Policy).

Use of the Amazon provider for the Amazon SES service of the AWS Cloud:

F2R2, as a customer of the service provider Amazon, uses the Amazon SES service of the AWS Cloud. Amazon is subject to data protection laws regarding personal data in connection with its Public Cloud service offering (see Amazon - Data Privacy FAQ). Amazon's AWS Cloud service complies with the ISO 27018 standard, a code of good practice specific to the protection of personal data in the cloud (see Amazon -ISO/IEC 27018:2019 Compliance).

Use of the Zoom Video Communications provider for Zoom Meeting Services:

F2R2, as a customer of the service provider Zoom Video Communications, uses Zoom Meeting Services.

By participating in a Zoom meeting or webinar organized by F2R2 for which registration is mandatory, information collected by Zoom Video Communications during your registration will be shared with F2R2.

F2R2, in its role as data controller and processor, ensures that it processes personal data that is relevant, adequate, not excessive and strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.

When organizing Zoom meetings and webinars, F2R2 may collect the following categories of personal data: identification information (the participant's first and last name), contact information (the participant's email address), registration information (the date and time of registration), and instant messaging information (chat).

The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the legitimate interest of F2R2, specifically its interest in:

• the active participation of registered participants in meetings and webinars,

• ensuring the proper conduct of meetings and webinars,

• providing the materials used during meetings and webinars,

• making recordings of meetings and webinars available.

F2R2 retains this personal data only for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable legislation.

However, F2R2 may retain this personal data for a longer period, in particular to comply with contractual or legal obligations or for evidentiary purposes.

Zoom Video Communications is subject to data protection laws regarding personal data in connection with its Zoom Meeting Services offering. Zoom Video Communications undertakes to protect personal data and to comply with applicable legislation (see Zoom's Privacy Policy and Zoom Video Communications' GDPR Compliance).
